How to change my departure date?

Any ticket cancellation/modification request is applicable only if we are informed by email at support@bookmebus.com 48 hours prior to the bus departure time, and it is limited to ONLY ONE change (one purchase, one cancellation/modification).


Coupon Code(s) will be provided upon request of the customers after any approved cancellation of a ticket purchase. Coupon Codes are valid in a maximum of 14 days based on a particular issued date.
