It is possible to request for cancelling my ticket and get a refund?
Refund possibility is made available to our customers who have a change in plan. However, there is a service charge of 30% of the total amount of purchase order. Refund process can only be made via the payment method which you used to purchase the service.
Refund can only be made if request is made to BookMeBus' customer service via support@bookmebus.com at least 48 hours prior to the departure time of the ticket.
