How to change my departure date?
Any ticket cancellation/modification request is applicable only if we are informed by email at support@bookmebus.com 48 hours prior to the bus departure time, and it is limited to ONLY ONE change (one purchase, one cancellation/modification). Coupon Code(s) will be provided upon request of the customers after any approved cancellation of a ticket purchase. Refund possibility is made available to our customers who have a change in plan. However, there is a service charge of 30% of the total amount of purchase order. Refund process can only be made via the payment method which you used to purchase the service. Refund can only be made if request is made to BookMeBus' customer service via support@bookmebus.com at least 48 hours prior to the departure time of the ticket.
